As Jessica pointed out herself, she should have had the job title down before she accepted the position. I hear too many times how women are paid less than men, forgetting that each of us, as individuals, are responsible for getting what we want and deserve. This idea that companies should pay strictly on equality is nonsense. That’s someone saying, “I shouldn’t have ask or demand anything.” It should be understood, it should be law. When we all accept our contracts as personally directed — not gender directed — I think equal pay and equal responsibility will follow. Nice job, by the way, promoting Jessica’s book.
