First of all, vaccines are not treatment. If you have COVID-19, a vaccine is not going to make you well again. So talking about mild to severe cases isn't really the point of these clinical studies.
I did a poor imitation of Don Draper for 40 years before writing my first novel. I'm currently in the final stages of a children's book. Lucky me.
