I’m sure “The Nook” will take off just based on rental prices in The Bay Area. Affordability will trump space as we realize we don’t need the room as much as want it based on how we’ve lived in the past. When I see people using a bedroom in their house just for their junk, you know we’re way past the point of rationality. If small rental communal living takes off, it’ll be great. People will realize how little they can live with—and live in. Thanks for the post, Molly.
