Let me understand, Miriam. The greatest innovation this year with Apple is the simplicity of shopping? I know this is good for e-commerce but, honestly, you’re classifying ease of shopping as an “innovation”? And how any e-commerce site could lose 68.8 percent of its customers before final payment is abysmal. E-commerce should have solved this problem long ago. And when did it become so important for a company like Apple to make e-commerce their primary concern? It’s certainly not why I’ve been an Apple customer for over 20 years. I stuck with them through the worse years (when I couldn’t even find an upgrade operating system at most stores), and the best years. Frankly, I think Tim Cook and the rest should be ashamed of themselves.
