It’s good to clarify our thoughts, and writing does simplify the process in time, but it’s a mistake to post an article on some trauma you’ve had and believe you’ll have closure. Clarifying is good, but so’s serious counselling. We also have to be aware of stream-of-consciousness becoming our best friend.
