This story is a must for all marketers and advertisers. You have to understand what your product “is” meaning it’s personality before you ever launch. Most products go into the marketplace with no personality at all and fail because advertising “shallow” products is a bitch. You know they’re a bitch the minute you sit down with a client and they start using words like “greatest, quality and terrific pricing.” You can’t help those people or their products.
